JODY M. GOLDSTEIN was born in 1966, graduating from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism in 1988. She obtained her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1995. Law was a second career for Jody, who worked as a newspaper reporter for 15 years (11 of them with the Houston Chronicle) before entering the legal profession. Jody spent three years as an adjunct professor of Media Law & Ethics at the University of Houston before joining the firm of Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg as an associate in 2001. Jody's focus is patent litigation matters. Jody is a member of the Texas State Bar, the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association.
